Inclusive Careers
Workplace Experience for All
Inclusive Careers is a supportive career program for adults with special needs that provides meaningful work experience while building independence, job skills, and confidence. The program supports employees in developing real-world employment skills in an inclusive workplace environment.
Our Goal
Inclusive Careers gives neurodivergent and special needs individuals the opportunity to gain employee experience and take on the responsibilities that come with having a job.
The goal of this program is to open more opportunities for individuals to develop workpalce skills, such as organizational skills, time management, creative problem solving, interview preparation, building work routines, and much more.
How a Typical Shift Looks
First Hour - Hands On Learning & Skill Development
Employees work directly with staff to learn workplace skills and responsibilities, such as working with inventory checklists, inputting data into a Spreadsheet, or restocking items.
Second Hour - Work Experience & Responsibilities
Employees will be given a list of assignments to complete inside the gym with minimal support, such as taking class attendance, taking photos for marketing, and welcoming gymnasts into the gym.
